Payment for
surgery is due and payable at the pre-operative visit because
this is when we commit our time, staff and surgical facility for
your plastic surgery. All physician prices are quoted with
a cash discount. Dr. Duquette does accept Visa or
MasterCard at our normal physician rate.

the option of financing your elective procedures. The

quickly and securely via the Web. Only the fee for the
Duquette Center is applicable for Care Credit. Brookwood
Medical Center nor Anesthesia Services of Birmingham accept Care
Credit. You may apply for credit prior to your
consultation visit.
